Want to change how your screen and windows look in Windows 10 and share it with your friends? Create a Windows 10 theme that lets you edit your own themes with custom screen backgrounds, window borders, and click colors of the Start menu. You can save these settings as a new topic file to use more than once or over or send to others.
1. Open the Start menu and select Settings.
2. Select Personalization from the settings screen.
3. Change one or more of the following:
Screen background : Select an image, a consistent color, or a slideshow. In addition to some default photos, you can click the Browse button to select a background image. If you select a slide show, the default album for the slide show will be the Photos folder, but you can browse to another folder and also set how often you want the picture to change on your screen.
Color : You can have Windows automatically select the highlight color from your background or choose the color for the background. Start menu and thin border around the window. This will also change the color of the Windows icon on the taskbar when you hover over it. Optionally, you can also have that color displayed on the taskbar and the Windows 10 Action Center by selecting those checkboxes.
4. Click Themes in the Personalization window, then select Install Themes.

5. Right-click Unsaved Theme and select Save theme. Unsaved themes will appear in the My Themes section and contain the settings you just adjusted.
