To check your computer’s configuration information on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 / 8.1, and Windows 10, you can use the dxdiag command on the cmd, viewed through the PC’s Properties or with support software. 1. Check your computer configuration for msinfo32
For Windows 8.1 / 10, on the keyboard you press the Windows key + R key, enter msinfo32 to see all the computer information, not only the configuration but also the information about the hardware, software and other. Other components on the machine.

4. Check the configuration of the computer, laptop by CPU-Z
We can install the CPU-Z software on the computer to check the hardware parameters. The program will give users the necessary information about the entire configuration of the machine.
After installing the CPU-Z program, you will see the interface of the CPU-Z appears with the parameters of the computer include: CPU, Caches, Mainboard, SPD, Graphics, Bench and About. Each tab gives you detailed information about the configuration.
1. CPU Tab:
This tab tells us about the Intel Core i3-5005U CPU, which is 2.00GHz. Next, in the bottom right corner there is a Cores 2 Threads 4 parameter indicating the CPU has 2 cores 4 threads.
2. Tab Caches:

3. Mainboard Tab:

5. SPD Tab:
You will know the specific parameters of each RAM slot on your computer.
We can check the number of RAM slots on the computer and the RAM parameters at each slot. Click on the down arrow at Slot # 1, which lists Slot 1 and Slot 2. Depending on the number of different RAM slots, the list of numbers varies.
Next to see the parameters of each slot, you select Slot # slot. Without the information means no RAM. RAM slots do not need to be plugged into each other.
As in the example, Slot # 1 is equipped with 4GB of RAM, and Slot # 2 is not equipped with RAM.
6. Graphics Tab:
This tab will provide accurate information about your computer’s video card. In the main interface of the tab, click on Display Device Selection will appear on the list of video card on the computer, including Onboard Card and removable card.
Onboard cards are available on computers, called Intel (R) HD Graphics. Removable cards are not necessarily on the computer. As shown below, my machine only has Onboad Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 Card only.
