1. Use Chkdsk to fix the file in Chrome

The Chkdsk command line works in Dos mode and runs under Command Prompt (CMD) mode in Windows, which is often used to fix system files, but is still very useful for fixing Chrome. “Shut down”, fix conflicting files, etc.) to get Chrome working again.
