Fix Error 0x8000ffff When Accessing Windows 10 Store

In Windows 10, when you visit the Store to download applications, many of you have encountered error message 0x8000ffff. Option 1. Correct the date and time

Option 5: Create a new user

Hold down the Windows key on the keyboard and press the X key, select Command Prompt (Admin), in the Command Prompt window, type the following commands:

net user / add [username] [password]
net localgroup administrators [username created above] / add

To create an account under the new Administrator. Then restart your computer and log into the account you just created, try the Windows Store to see the error 0x8000ffff not. If there is no problem, then the old account has encountered a problem, please go through the use of this new account.
