How to fix Err_Connection_Closed on Chrome browser

1. Use Command Prompt

First open the Command Prompt by right-clicking on the desktop and then holding down Shift and selecting Open command windows here.

2. Enter the netsh winsock reset command then press Enter:

Next, open up your Chrome browser and check for errors. If the error persists, enter each of the following commands and then click Enter:

ipconfig / release

ipconfig / renew

ipconfig / flushdns

ipconfig / registerdns

After the above commands are executed, you restart the system. This command deletes your system cache and then connects to the ISP.

3. Clear browser cache

In the Chrome browser window, click the three dashes icon in the top right corner and then select Settings.

In the Settings window, scroll down to find and click the Advanced Settings option.

Fix Err_Connection_Closed

The Advanced settings window appears, click the Clear browsing data option. A pop-up appears.

At this popup, select Cookies and Plugin Data and Cached Images and Files, then click Clear Browsing Data to continue.

Finally check the error on the Chrome browser or not.
