Method 2: Check Internet Properties

Open the Connections tab > LAN Settings . Make sure “Use a proxy server for your LAN” is not selected, if it is selected, uncheck it> check Automatically detect settings > OK > Apply > OK.
You open the Advanced tab of the Internet Properties window> click the Reset button> check Delete personal settings and press the Reset button again.
